Scorp Inc. in Barcelona is seeking an AI Video Editor & Motion Designer to generate original videos with AI and refine them into engaging content through editing, motion graphics, and post-production.

You will work with the creative team on social content, follow trends, and build fast-paced, brand-aligned videos. The role starts onsite for onboarding and then follows a 3-2 hybrid model.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in video editing, motion design, or similar roles.
• Proficient in After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools (e.g., Runway, others).
• Portfolio showing videos you generated and edited using AI.
• Strong understanding of social media dynamics and fast-paced content.

We are looking for a creative AI Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will generate original videos using AI tools and turn them into polished, engaging content through editing, motion design, and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Generate original video content using AI tools and edit it in line with the brand’s identity.
• Perform video editing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
• Create short- and long-form content optimized for social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute new content ideas.
• Follow social media, video, and generative AI trends to produce engaging content.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Video Editor, Motion Designer, Marketing Artist, or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Grok, Gemini, Chatgpt or similar platforms.
• A portfolio that includes videos you have personally generated and edited using AI.
• Good understanding of social media dynamics and the ability to create fast-paced, engaging content.
• Excellent time management skills and a deadline-driven approach.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Location & Work Setup

• This is a full-time contract position.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• During your first month, you'll work fully onsite to get to know the team, products, and systems.
• After onboarding, you'll follow a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
• Our office is located in the heart of Barcelona, providing an inspiring environment to collaborate and build together.
