Nordex Group in Madrid seeks a Program Manager AI Transformation to lead the AI-driven transformation of Global Engineering, turning development complexity into competitive advantage across Mechanical, Blade, Electrical, and Control & SCADA engineering.

You will drive end-to-end AI initiatives, define governance, and ensure adoption across multiple sites, with a strong emphasis on measurable business impact.

Formación

• 5+ years in Engineering / R&D environments.
• Experience in complex, global industrial organizations.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AI and GenAI applications in operations, process automation, and data management.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into real business value.
• Advanced English level (C1) mandatory; Spanish and German are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead End-to-End Engineering AI Transformation across Competence Centers and cross-functional Units.
• Define governance, decision-making frameworks, and prioritization mechanisms.
• Drive delivery of AI initiatives from concept to pilot to deployment.
• Embed AI-enabled processes into real operational workflows.
• Align senior stakeholders and product development teams around new ways of working.
• Lead change management and build cross-functional transformation team.
