Zusammenfassung

THEKER Robotics is seeking an AI Tooling Engineer to build internal AI tooling, integrate LLMs, and accelerate the engineering team's output across software, hardware, and operations. You will design end-to-end tooling that reduces repetitive cognitive work and speeds delivery.

The role requires strong Python skills, production-grade software experience with LLMs, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing robotics and AI environment based in Barcelona. On-site work is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid Python skills and production-quality software experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs: prompt engineering, function calling, RAG, or fine-tuning.
• Ability to work autonomously, ship fast, and iterate from real feedback.
• Strong communication skills and experience across engineering disciplines.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Barcelona.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain internal AI tools to speed up engineering across software, hardware, and operations.
• Design and implement LLM-powered pipelines for code generation, documentation, data extraction, and automation.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation systems over THEKER’s internal knowledge base.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure AI tool output reliability.
• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities and scope them into concrete projects.
• Maintain and improve deployed tools based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI into existing systems and workflows.
