Job summary

CoberonChronos is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to solve high-impact problems alongside enterprise customers, owning work from first principles through to production outcomes. You will work directly and in person with customers to understand critical workflows, design AI-driven solutions, and deploy agents that operate reliably in production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical problem-solving roles.
• Experience leading or contributing to solution scoping or early-stage AI/technical strategy.
• Strong fundamentals in software and system design.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
• High-agency mindset with ability to create clarity and drive decisions.
• Experience across systems, integrations and data flows.
• Comfort working directly with customers on ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria.
• Translate problems into clear technical designs and implementations.
• Build AI agents that integrate with customer systems and perform real tasks.
• Own deployments, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
• Test with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate based on results.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to tools, documentation, and best practices for scalable deployments.
