Capgemini in Madrid is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design and deliver Generative AI-driven solutions, automate business processes, and integrate AI services with enterprise platforms using APIs and cloud services.

You will collaborate with software, data, and operations teams to build backend and frontend applications, implement AI agents and conversational systems, and ensure scalable, secure production deployments with robust monitoring.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python backend development experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI into business processes.
• Experience with APIs, distributed architectures and cloud platforms.
• Fluent English (C1 level).

The successful candidate will contribute to digital transformation initiatives where AI solutions are integrated with corporate systems, cloud platforms, and business processes, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence in production environments.Your role:Design and develop Generative AI and business automation solutions.Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms through APIs and cloud services.Participate in the development of backend and frontend applications supporting intelligent solutions.Implement conversational agents, virtual assistants, and automated business workflows.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, data, and operations.Ensure the industrialization, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed solutions.Contribute to architecture design, technical standards, and development best practices.Your profile:5+ years of experience in software development.Strong experience with Python and backend service development.Hands-on experience integrating AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions into business processes.Experience working with APIs, distributed architectures, and cloud platforms.Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud environments.Fluent English (C1 level).Nice to HaveExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.Knowledge of .NET, React, or modern web technologies.Experience with LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM platforms, or operations automation.Experience with Docker, microservices, and CI/CD practices.We value all applications and offer in-person and online training and certifications.
