Job summary

Qualitas Funds seeks an AI Solutions & Data Analyst to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the firm. The role blends AI implementation, data integration, automation and business analysis within the Technology team, while collaborating with Investment.

You will spend ~60% in Technology supporting AI, automation and process improvements, and ~40% with Investment developing data‑driven tools to enhance investment processes. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in AI implementation, automation, data solutions or digital transformation.
• Demonstrable experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows, agents or automations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Experience with APIs, authentication, HTTP requests and JSON payloads.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AI solutions comply with internal requirements for security, permissions, confidential information and data handling.
• Incorporate testing, monitoring, logging and human validation into production solutions.
• Review integrations, authentication methods, secrets management and system access with IT.
• Contribute to reusable standards, templates and documentation for corporate AI initiatives.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and technology providers when needed.
• Support the Investment team with the management, analysis and monitoring of information and activities related to the area, helping improve data quality, accessibility, reporting and overall process efficiency.
• Support the automation and scalability of investment-related workflows.
• Help improve the collection, organisation, validation and analysis of investment data.

Qualitas Funds is looking for an AI Solutions & Data Analyst to help accelerate the practical and responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across the firm. This role sits within the Technology team and reports into the Technology function, while working closely with the Investment team on a cross‑functional basis. The position combines AI implementation, process automation, data integration and business analysis.

The successful candidate will spend approximately 60% of their time within the Technology team, supporting AI, automation and process‑improvement initiatives across the organisation, and up to 40% of their time providing direct support to the Investment team, developing data‑driven solutions and tools aimed at improving investment‑related processes.This is not a pure data‑analysis or software‑development position. It is a hands‑on role at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data, automation, technology and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

AI solutions and automation

• Support the Investment team with the management, analysis and monitoring of information and activities related to the area, helping improve data quality, accessibility, reporting and overall process efficiency.
• Support the automation and scalability of investment-related workflows.
• Help improve the collection, organisation, validation and analysis of investment data.

Experience

Required:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in AI implementation, automation, data solutions, technology consulting or digital transformation.
• Demonstrable experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows, agents or automations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Experience with APIs, authentication, HTTP requests and JSON payloads.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience integrating data from applications, databases or document repositories.
• Understanding of generative AI concepts, including prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation and external tools or data sources.
• Ability to test and troubleshoot integrations.
• Strong documentation, organisation and project follow-up skills.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.

Preferred:

• Vector databases, embeddings or semantic search.
• Enterprise AI or automation platforms such as Stack AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, n8n or similar.
• Deployment of AI or data solutions in production environments.
