Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery for complex AI engagements in a hybrid setup across Madrid and Barcelona. You will translate business challenges into technical solutions and act as a trusted technical partner to customers.

You will lead solution design, deployment, and continuous improvement, using AI-assisted tools across the delivery lifecycle to accelerate learning, improve quality, and deliver measurable business impact.

Formación

• Proficiency in Python; experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong software delivery lifecycle knowledge; Git & GitHub use; Pandas and Spark.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI) and distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers to understand challenges and translate into technical solutions.
• Rapid prototyping of AI solutions tailored to client needs.
• Own end-to-end delivery from scoping to production.
• Troubleshoot and improve system performance and reliability.
• Capture deployment learnings and share best practices.
• Pursue continuous learning and stay updated on tech.
• Contribute to AI platform evolution through feedback.
