Deel, the global payroll and HR platform, is seeking an AI Security Specialist to join the Information Security team. You will define security standards for AI adoption, assess threats, and implement controls to protect Deel's AI-driven systems while enabling safe innovation across engineering, product, IT, and security teams.

This role focuses on AISPM, AIDR, MCP deployments, and governance in SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR contexts.

Formación

• Experience in information security for AI systems and ML deployments.
• Knowledge of security controls for AI tool adoption and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, IT, and security teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and maintain the AI security strategy across Deel's infra.
• Lead security assessments and threat modeling for AI/ML models and AISPM.
• Evaluate AISPM and AIDR solutions.
• Secure MCP server deployments with authentication, authorization, data flow controls, and risk reviews.
• Own the security review and enablement process for internal AI tool adoption and guardrails.
• Develop policies for safe use of AI tools across the organization.
