Neurons Lab is seeking an experienced security domain lead to partner with a regulated gaming client on an AI-powered offensive-security program. You will assess the existing pipeline, challenge assumptions, and design a smarter, cost-aware attack surface and defense interplay

You will work directly with a CISO team, co‑author a practical PoC, and steer methodology for in-perimeter execution while respecting certification constraints. Strong consulting and cloud security experience are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on offensive security / red‑team experience.
• Demonstrable exploit development and chaining experience.
• Experience integrating LLMs into security workflows (recon, exploitation, triage).
• Ability to work in a regulated, perimeters-only environment and explain methodology to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Join client sessions to challenge and harden the AI-driven offensive pipeline end‑to‑end (recon → verification → exploitation → sandboxed execution).
• Design and refine the exploitation agent: attack path planning, exploit selection, and safe sandbox orchestration.
• Benchmark and optimize cost-per-find across local/open models vs frontier models; advise on hardware sizing.
• Shape runtime anomaly-detection and automated response workflows; define criticality triage.
