Job summary

Allianz is seeking an Information Security Solution Architect – AI Security to lead the design and governance of security architectures for AI/ML systems and Generative AI deployments. You will secure model training, data pipelines, and AI services while enabling compliant, trustworthy AI adoption across the enterprise.

You will define and track KPIs, provide governance reporting to leadership, and collaborate with AI and data engineering teams to ensure robust security controls across the AI

Qualifications

• Higher education in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of AI Security Architecture or Security Engineering in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems: model security, data pipeline protection, adversarial threat mitigation.
• Strong understanding of AI-specific threats and attack vectors (prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning, membership inference).
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and cloud AI services security (IAM controls, model isolation, secure inference endpoints).
• Knowledge of LLM/GenAI security: RAG, API access controls, output filtering, context isolation, AI gateway architectures.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001.
• Solid security foundations: API security, IAM, encryption, data residency, vulnerability management.
• Excellent English written and spoken.
• Interest in IT and GenAI as valuable assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise AI security architectures across model training, data pipelines, inference endpoints, and MLOps workflows.
• Provide architectural guidance on securing AI/ML platforms and cloud services and implement AI security controls.
• Draft and maintain AI/ML security policies and model risk standards aligned with governance requirements.
• Define and track KPIs/KRIs for AI security posture and report to security committees.
• Contribute to AI security design authority and present risk assessments to senior management.
