Job summary

Helsing seeks a mission-driven engineer to advance autonomous AI for a cutting-edge aerial platform. You will design, train, and deploy reinforcement learning agents, integrating them into real-time flight software and production pipelines.

Qualifications

• Hold a MSc in Reinforcement Learning, Robotics, Automation and Control or related field.
• Hands-on experience building, training, and deploying RL agents.
• Familiar with modern RL/MARL techniques and real-time deployment considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate RL agents into autonomous systems.
• Work on the CA-1 Europa platform within the Centaur project.
• Ensure low latency and high throughput in real-time decision making.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy AI software to production with testing and monitoring.
