Qualifications

• PhD in a technical field with strong model-based RL background.
• Experience in planning algorithms, world models, RL, or control theory.
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating agents against simulators.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate model-based RL agents and planning-based controllers for industrial systems.
• Develop learned dynamics and world models with training pipelines and fine-tuning.
• Research safe/constrained RL and scenario planning for deployment.
• Present findings clearly and collaborate across teams.
• Mentor Research Engineers and translate research to production outcomes.
