Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit clear, creative prompts that follow tone and style guidelines
• Create smooth and logical conversation flows for engaging user interactions
• Work on dialogues covering a wide range of topics—including sensitive content
• Review and fact-check written content for clarity, accuracy, and quality
• Propose new ideas for prompts and evaluate responses for improvement
• Ensure consistent brand tone across all prompt content
• Use user feedback and data insights to refine content and interaction quality

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Croatian (C1), fluent in English (B2)
• Excellent command of grammar, language structure, and writing style
• Creative thinker with a passion for crafting meaningful content
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working with sensitive or controversial topics
• Able to simplify complex ideas and present them clearly
