A leading technology solutions provider in Barcelona is seeking an AI Project Manager to manage complex programs and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in project management and a strong understanding of AI infrastructure. Formación

  • Min. 2+ years of experience in business management, or project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) desired.
  • Knowledge of AI infrastructure and scalability considerations for deploying models in production environments.

The AI Project Manager will work cross-functionally with our teams to create products and fulfils our vision of being a technology-backed preferred partner for our customers, and preferred job provider for our external contributors.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of one or more complex programs. You may also manage project coordinator(s) assisting with projects. The role requires class‑leading customer engagement involving strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to empathize with and respond to customers' needs, problem‑solving skills and the ability to function effectively in a fast‑moving, rapidly changing environment. Collaboration with multi‑location and cross‑functional teams will be key to maintain and improve customer satisfaction, revenue and margin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the successful execution of project initiatives across product, engineering, and operations teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain project management frameworks, including sprint planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Track and report on key project metrics, timeline adherence, and team velocity.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, status reports, and resource planning artifacts.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and communication between product, engineering, operations, and stakeholder teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Monitor technical dependencies, integration requirements, and operational constraints while maintaining awareness of industry trends.
Requirements
  • Min. 2+ years of experience in business management, or project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) desired.
  • Knowledge of AI infrastructure and scalability considerations for deploying models in production environments.
  • Proactive mindset, eager to engage in creative problem solving.
  • Strong technical understanding (CS / Engineering degree or relevant experience).
  • Ability to put yourself in the mind of the customer.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong design sense.
  • Experience in project finances, including budgeting, GM, P&L.
  • Top‑class communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand metrics and key product levers that can move the needle.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to developers and designers, and to provide feedback and guidance to such parties.
  • Strong ability to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration within global cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining evaluations, proposing solutions, and providing process insights.
  • Creative problem‑solver, able to tackle challenges in evolving and undefined scenarios.
  • Experience with wireframing or prototyping software is a plus.
