Overview

As an Engagement Director, you will lead multi-stream client programs and be the primary point of contact for key accounts. Your mission is to ensure outstanding delivery, strong client partnerships, and strategic alignment with business objectives. You will directly manage Engagement Managers and provide hands-on support across delivery, stakeholder management, and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee complex, multi-stream AI and data-driven engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs, business goals, and expected ROI.
  • Provide strategic direction and proactive problem-solving to project teams, monitor project health, and drive high client satisfaction (CSat ≥
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-Level executives, acting as a trusted advisor and value creator.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and value creator by identifying opportunities to deepen the client relationship and introduce new service offerings.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities in collaboration with the Account Lead and Commercial team.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Engagement Managers, fostering a culture of delivery excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements
  • Background in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Computer Science is required.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges and think creatively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Proven track record as a self-starter who drives innovation and delivers tangible business value.
  • Skilled in building and growing client relationships within large organizations.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; French and / or Spanish are a plus.
