Impress in Barcelona is seeking an AI Product Manager to embed with Ops, Clinical, Sales, and CX teams to surface manual workflows worth fixing and to define the top priorities.

You will ship the smallest viable AI tools using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar assistants, onboard first users, monitor outcomes, and drive ROI with scalable productization.

Formación

• 3+ years of product experience.
• Shipped a product before and can scope to the smallest useful version.
• Previous coding experience; comfortable in a terminal, Git workflow, and PRs.
• Familiar with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, v0) and when to use which.
• Ability to read and extend others' codebases; know when to ask for help.
• Fluent English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

What You’ll Do

• Find the Pain: Embed with internal teams (Ops, Clinical, Sales, CX, Marketing) and surface the manual workflows worth fixing. Pick the top three.
• Ship the Cut: Build the smallest possible version of the tool with Claude Code, Cursor, or the right AI assistant for the job. Internal-quality, not enterprise-quality — we want it in someone's hands this week.
• Get It Used: Onboard the first users yourself. Watch them work. Fix what breaks. Bin what no one touches.
• Connect the Dots: Hook into existing services and data where it makes sense. Don't rebuild what we already have.
• Document the Wins: Time saved, errors avoided, conversions lifted — make the ROI legible so we keep funding this work.
• Spot the Patterns: When the same tool keeps getting requested across teams, flag it for proper productization by an engineering squad.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product experience.
• You've shipped a product before and can scope a problem down to its smallest useful version.
• You used to write code (frontend, scripts, anything) and you're comfortable in a terminal, a git repo, and a pull request.
• You're already living in AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, v0 — and have strong opinions on when to use which.
• You can read someone else's codebase well enough to extend it, and you know when to stop and ask an engineer for help.
• Fluent English is required. Spanish is a plus — you'll be operating in a multicultural, international environment.
