Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with architecture or leadership.
• Proven experience deploying production-grade AI/LLM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG and vector search.
• Experience with AI agents, tool calling and workflow orchestration.
• Strong backend architecture: distributed systems, microservices and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes and modern infrastructure.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, security, privacy and data governance.
• Ability to balance solution quality, scalability, latency and cost.
• Fintech or payments experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is required.
• Ability to work remotely with CET overlap.

Role Overview

Turn AI ideas into reliable production systems with measurable business impact. You will define the architecture and roadmap for LLM-powered solutions, including agents, RAG and automated workflows. Working with skilled engineering, product and security colleagues, you will take initiatives from proof of concept to production using modern cloud infrastructure, Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities
