Mondelez International is seeking an AI Engineer / Full Stack Developer to join a growing team building an AI-powered insights platform. You will design data pipelines, develop AI/ML models, and ship full stack applications surfacing intelligent insights for stakeholders across global teams.

You will collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and working software, while adhering to security and governance standards.

Formación

• Strong proficiency in Python and production-grade applications or pipelines.
• Experience in full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and Databricks ecosystem.
• Exposure to LLMs and generative AI, including RAG/prompt engineering.
• Familiar with React/Next.js and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Solid fundamentals in Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines ingesting and serving data with Python and Databricks.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based workflows (RAG, prompts).
• Build full stack apps (APIs, backend, frontend) surfacing AI insights.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerts for pipelines and apps.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders.
• Contribute to platform architecture, infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.
