Job summary

Homa is hiring a hands-on motion designer to produce UA video ads and playable creatives for our mobile games. You will work with creative developers and a Creative Producer to deliver high-volume, AI-enhanced outputs.

You bring expert After Effects, a proven AI production pipeline, and the ability to localize content for multiple markets. This role offers growth within a fast-paced, global team and the chance to shape our AI-first advertising workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong motion design craft in the Adobe suite; expert in After Effects, comfortable in Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proven AI production pipeline; hands-on with AI video tools to produce creatives at volume.
• Experience producing UA video ads or mobile game creatives; understanding hooks and first 3 seconds.
• Ability to build playables with AI-assisted workflows and iterate quickly under deadlines.
• Comfort with testing and adopting new AI tools to accelerate team output.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration within a European team.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit UA video ads for mobile games across formats and aspect ratios.
• Run an AI video pipeline to create multiple variations from a concept.
• Localize creative content for different markets with fast swaps.
• Iterate based on performance feedback to deliver new versions within hours.
• Build and iterate playable ads using AI-assisted workflows.
• Improve the production pipeline by testing new AI tools and documenting workflows.
