Job summary

You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate reporting, timely dashboards, and well-documented processes. The candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, hold a Master’s degree, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in coordination, data entry, or financial analysis is preferred.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare/tech/consulting is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support budget tracking and remapping activities.
• Assist with budget analysis, variance understanding, and reporting with Product Owners.
• Support governance workflow from submission to approval and maintain audit trails.
