Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to assess AI-generated content for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment. This remote, hourly role supports evaluation across diverse topics with independent, task-based assignments.

No prior AI policy experience required, but a genuine interest in ethics and policy is preferred. Flexible 10–40 hours/week with freelance autonomy and potential for ongoing work.

• Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or violate policy guidelines.
• Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues in clear language.
• Work across a diverse range of topics and content types.
• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your schedule.

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards

• Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines
• Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues in clear, professional language
• Work across a diverse range of topics and content types
• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
