Comply365 in Barcelona is seeking full-stack engineers to build AI-powered software for aviation safety and operations. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes pair programming, test-driven development, and hands-on contribution to cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, with a focus on enterprise software and AI in aviation.

Formación

• 8+ years building high-reliability or at-scale solutions.
• Backend languages: Python, Go, Kotlin, PHP or Java.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Frontend experience; TypeScript a plus.
• Infrastructure as code and cloud platform experience.
• Experience applying ML models to real-world problems is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled autonomous software for airline clients.
• Implement machine learning algorithms and data processing for risk management.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to integrate AI models.
• Write clean, well-documented full-stack code and maintain code quality.
• Own cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance for your codebase.
• Pair program on most code and contribute to process improvements.
• Develop and run unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
