Job summary

OLX in Spain is seeking an AI-native Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You will be embedded in a product team, shaping experiences at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems.

You will prototype with AI tools such as Lovable, Claude and Cursor, ship live experiences with engineering support, and contribute to Nexus, our design system. This is a permanent role with remote work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX/Digital Product Design with shipped work.
• Proven AI-native mindset using AI tools in design.
• Ability to read and critique React/HTML outputs or use no-code tools.
• Strong user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data analysts to ship user-centered solutions.
• Connect design decisions to business outcomes; define success metrics.
• Use AI-native workflows to prototype and iterate directly in code.
• Build prototypes and production-ready components; test with real users.
• Design AI-assisted interaction patterns including multi-step flows.
• Contribute to Nexus design system by building code components.
• Run brainstorming and design reviews with peers; communicate decisions with data.
