Job summary

OLX in Spain is seeking an AI-native Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You’ll work at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems, applying AI tools like Lovable, Claude, and Cursor to prototype and ship live experiences with engineering pairing.

You’ll collaborate across product, engineering and data analytics to translate business goals into user-centered solutions, build scalable design systems, and contribute to a high-growth, remote-friendly environment in Europe.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of shipped UX/Digital product work and live prototypes.
• Experience using AI tools to design, prototype and iterate.
• Ability to read and critique React/HTML via AI outputs or use no-code tools to ship.
• Strong user-centered design principles in fast-moving environments.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data analysts to ship user-centered solutions with end-to-end accountability.
• Connect design decisions to business outcomes and define success metrics.
• Leverage AI-native workflows to prototype and iterate directly in code.
• Build prototypes and production-ready components with engineering support.
• Design AI-assisted interaction patterns and multi-step flows.
• Contribute to Nexus design system by building reusable components.
• Lead design reviews and articulate rationale with data to stakeholders.
