Job summary

OLX in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Design System team, shaping scalable design across Real Estate products and across multiple tribes. You’ll help evolve our design system to ensure consistency, quality, and pace across platforms.

You’ll work day to day in a small pod spanning web and app, collaborating with engineers to ship components and contribute to an AI-assisted design workflow that informs token strategy and system governance.

Qualifications

Portfolio showing shipped impact and systems thinking.
Experience with Figma component libraries, tokens, and prototyping.
Experience working with engineers to deliver scalable outcomes.
Interest in AI-assisted design or development workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve reusable components and foundations within our design system across tribes.
Define component behavior, states and variants, working directly with engineering to ship them.
Improve the contribution model so designers outside the core pod can propose and ship components without breaking coherence.
Support design work from problem framing through to documentation and handover, using research and feedback from teams.
Collaborate with engineers on token strategy and the practical link between Figma and production code.
