Accenture España invites you to join its AI Native Engineering team, embedded with clients to design and deploy agentic AI workflows at scale. You will work across finance, healthcare, and retail, building cloud-native platforms and secure, robust AI agents that integrate with enterprise ecosystems.

This role demands strong software engineering, OpenAI/Claude/Vertex AI exposure, and the ability to lead technical workshops with clients while delivering production-grade solutions.

Formación

• Strong engineering background.
• Experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Hands-on in designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, open-source models) with multi-provider abstraction.
• Programming in Python or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, logging, and production debugging.
• Proven ability to lead client discussions and workshops in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and engineer enterprise-grade AI agents with orchestration, tool usage, and observability.
• Create abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Use Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI systems.
• Tailor agentic apps for finance, healthcare, and retail with intelligent automation.
• Lead workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and tests to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Create reusable patterns and docs to guide assets and roadmaps.
