Accenture España is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI solutions for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, define use cases, prototype rapidly, and deliver robust, secure AI workflows that scale across complex domains.

You will work with stakeholders to shape data-driven agent workflows, develop integrations across providers, and ensure production-grade quality with observability and cost efficiency.

Formación

• Strong engineering background.
• Cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Solid experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, open-source models).
• Programming in Python, Java, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents.
• AI Platform Integration: abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, CI/CD, observability.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: tailor agentic apps across finance, healthcare, retail.
• Client Engagement: conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions.
• Measure & Improve: define metrics, test harnesses, evaluation plans.
• Knowledge Sharing: craft reusable patterns and docs.
