Job summary

Ytech is seeking a Data Analytics / Machine Learning / AI Specialist to join a challenging project in the Data & Artificial Intelligence field. The role focuses on developing and implementing analytics, ML and AI solutions with direct impact on business and financial operations.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the full lifecycle, translate requirements into technical solutions, and drive production deployments in a hybrid model. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, ML or AI.
• Experience with data projects in FP&A or Asset Portfolio Management is a plus.
• Advanced SQL and data analytics knowledge.
• Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex AI and Databricks ML is valued.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and multi-branch development is desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across the full lifecycle of Data Analytics, ML and AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with objectives.
• Develop and deploy ML models, AI Agents and automation processes.
• Design, develop, implement and validate Analytics, ML and AI solutions.

We are looking for a Data Analytics / Machine Learning / AI Specialist to join a challenging project in the Data & Artificial Intelligence field, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence solutions with a direct impact on business and financial operations.

What will you do?

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of Data Analytics, ML, and AI solutions;
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives;
• Develop and implement Machine Learning models, AI Agents, and automation processes;
• Actively participate in the design, development, implementation, and validation of Analytics, ML, and AI solutions;
• Support QA teams during System Integration Testing (SIT) and take responsibility for production deployments;
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production incidents related to existing AI/ML models, agents, and solutions.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence;
• Experience in data projects within Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Asset Portfolio Management;
• Advanced experience implementing ML/AI solutions using data from relational databases and document stores;
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Data Analytics;
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI (highly valued);
• Good understanding of UX/UI Design principles applied to Analytics solutions;
• Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, and multi-branch development strategies;Knowledge of dbt (Data Build Tool) (nice to have);
• Experience with Databricks Machine Learning and AI components (nice to have).
