Foxelli Group is building an AI-powered entertainment studio producing addictive vertical micro-drama series for US audiences. We seek a creative director with exceptional storytelling instincts, strong cinematic taste, and deep understanding of human emotions to turn good scripts into emotionally powerful episodes.

You'll guide the creative execution from script review to final episode, collaborating with screenwriters, AI video creators and editors, while maintaining high production standards

Qualifications

• Exceptional storytelling instincts that connect with audiences emotionally.
• Strong cinematic judgment influencing shot selection, lighting and pacing.
• Experience directing or filmmaking in narrative formats.
• Understanding AI filmmaking tools and their production impact.
• Clear communication to give actionable feedback to writers and editors.
• Pragmatic approach to approvals and changes.
• Ability to decide quickly in fast-paced production timelines.
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Script Review & Creative Direction across episodes.
• Review season arcs and individual scripts for emotional impact.
• Provide targeted feedback to writers to improve narrative hooks.
• Direct AI video production and establish visual standards.
• Guide AI video creators on cinematography, lighting, and performances.
• Review footage and ensure consistency and quality.
• Oversee editing and final approval to meet emotional goals.
• Improve workflows and production speed while maintaining quality.
• Leverage audience feedback to enhance future episodes.
