Job summary

Innovamat Education, SL is building a Marketing OS to automate lead qualification, campaign execution, and attribution across multiple channels and languages. You will own the system from idea to production, integrating CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, and internal data systems.

You will report directly to the VP of Marketing US, with visibility into priorities, budgets, and technical decisions. This builder role spans growth marketing, paid channels, lifecycle marketing and events

Qualifications

• Technical degree in engineering, CS or equivalent.
• Hands-on software development experience: shipped systems.
• Experience with APIs, automation platforms and AI agent frameworks.
• Background in high-growth, high-performance environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Marketing OS; implement lead qualification and data synchronization across CRM and marketing platforms.
• Build attribution infrastructure to close gaps in inbound pipeline visibility.
• Define architecture linking CRM, marketing automation, event platforms and internal data systems.
• Launch multi-market, multi-language campaigns from a single input and support in-product communications.
