Job summary

Qualifications
- A technical degree in engineering or CS or equivalent.
- Hands-on software development experience shipping systems.
- Experience building with APIs, automation platforms, and AI agent frameworks.
- Experience in high-growth environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship the agent-based systems that qualify leads and trigger campaigns automatically.
- Own the technical architecture connecting CRM, marketing automation and data systems.
- Build multi-language, multi-market campaign capabilities from a single input.
- Develop infrastructure for in-product communications alongside email and other channels.
- Monitor performance and iterate based on measured outcomes.
