Julius Baer seeks a Software Engineer to own the AI integration layer within the software delivery toolchain in Madrid. You will work with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to scope AI-driven opportunities and prototype LLM/RAG pipelines that drive business value.

You will also contribute to AI-powered automation across developer platforms, develop APIs and pipelines for AI features, and ensure security and compliance across solutions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on AI integration and automation.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps/MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and containerization (Docker/K8s) with APIs.
• Experience integrating ML components into production systems with emphasis on scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Security-aware and compliant with enterprise standards for tooling and data protection.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams with good communication.
• Master or Bachelor in Computer Science or related field, or proven equivalent experience.
• Very good English level.

Responsabilidades

• Own the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities into the software delivery toolchain.
• Collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to define opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Prototype and validate LLM-based or RAG pipelines to drive business value.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation across developer productivity platforms.
• Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines, and service integrations for AI features within CI/CD, observability, and developer workplace.
• Ensure traceability, logging, and compliance of integrated solutions per security standards.
• Drive best practices for automation, monitoring, and reproducibility.
