Gangkhar-ES in Madrid seeks a senior delivery leader to design an AI-first operating model and to run end-to-end client projects. You will craft implementation playbooks and personally manage projects with clients and internal teams, from sales handoff through to steady-state service.

You will translate client requirements into functional analyses and prototypes, lead UAT prior to go-live, and coordinate multi-region teams.

Formación

• Senior experience in project management and systems/business analysis.
• Experience designing or implementing generative AI solutions for business processes.
• Hybrid profile between strategy/operations consulting and hands-on technical execution.
• Product orientation: turning client requirements into prototypes or mockups.
• High level English; Spanish required for Madrid base and LatAm coverage.
• 7-10+ years combining operations/strategy consulting with technology delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Design the operating model where an AI agent resolves tasks vs. when human judgment is needed.
• Build AI-first implementation playbooks embedded in every phase.
• Lead end-to-end projects from kickoff to steady-state service.
• Coordinate task plans, owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure sales handoff aligns with what gets implemented and delivered.
• Translate requirements into functional analyses and prototypes; run UAT before go-live.
• Oversee transition to ongoing service once projects are live.
