Gangkhar-ES is seeking a senior professional in Madrid to design AI-first delivery processes and lead end-to-end project execution from sales handoff through steady-state service.

You will shape the operating model, craft playbooks, and personally drive projects with clients and internal teams, combining strategy with hands-on technical execution. English and Spanish fluency are essential for this role in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Senior experience in project management coordinating cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Real experience designing or implementing generative AI solutions applied to business processes.
• Hybrid profile blending strategy/operations consulting with hands-on technical execution.
• Demonstrated ability to translate client requirements into working prototypes or mockups.

Responsabilidades

• Design the operating model and implementation playbooks for AI-first delivery.
• Lead end-to-end project execution from sales handoff to steady-state service.
• Organize project plans with tasks and owners, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Run UAT and ensure handoff from sales matches implementation.
• Translate requirements into functional analysis and prototypes, not just documents.
