UST España & Latam in Castro, Spain is seeking an AI‑assisted Code Analyst with strong Java, Spring Boot and microservices expertise. This 100% remote role focuses on improving code quality, reducing technical debt, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

You will leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Devin to accelerate analysis, write documentation, and optimize performance, while ensuring security practices and CI/CD workflows are followed.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a developer in the listed areas.
• Experience with AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot or Devin.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and Microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop specifications and deliver technical components for operation and integration.
• Document solutions in JIRA, Confluence, ALM.
• Analyze and review Java/Spring Boot apps for quality, scalability and debt reduction.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate code analysis, refactoring and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify performance bottlenecks and improvements.
• Support best practices in backend and frontend development.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes.
• Manage requests to production support teams.
