Job summary

HP Barcelona is seeking an AI Engineering Intern to analyze performance and refine processes using AI-driven insights. You will co-create an AI-enabled monitoring tool with real-time analytics and explainable results, collaborating across teams to deliver value.

Applicants must be enrolled in a relevant degree program in Spain, with strong Python, SQL, and ML fundamentals, and fluency in English. The internship offers mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a path to HP’s Graduate Program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field in Spain.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis with pandas and NumPy.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying data.
• Strong fundamentals in statistics and ML, including anomaly detection.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or similar.
• Exposure to APIs, Git, and responsible AI practices is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn.
