Drees & Sommer España is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions for the construction and real estate sector. You will collaborate with the AI Lab and stakeholders across the full AI lifecycle, from requirements to productive operation.

You will design and integrate AI components, work with RAG pipelines, agents, tools, and MCP connections, and help scale AI platforms with a strong emphasis on cloud and on-premise systems.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud, backend, or frontend technologies (e.g., Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD).
• Practical experience in AI engineering through professional work, internships, research projects, or personal projects (e.g., RAG systems, agent architectures, LLM integration, prompt/context engineering, or fine-tuning).
• Understanding of how AI application components interact, including retrieval, orchestration, tool usage, and evaluation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within a collaborative environment.
• High English level (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Documentation, knowledge transfer, and support in the adoption and scaling of successful AI solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions from prototype to productive use in collaboration with the AI Lab team
• Develop and integrate AI system components, including RAG pipelines, agents, tools, skills, and MCP connections
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components and support the operation of AI solutions (Cloud and On-Premise)
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AI-enabled solutions
• Contribute to the further development of the AI platform, solution architecture, and engineering best practices
• Evaluate, test, and implement new models, frameworks, and technologies for use in the construction and real estate domain
