I'm working with a fast-scaling HealthTech company building an AI-powered operating system for the healthcare workforce.

This isn’t a traditional backend role, they’re looking for a builder mindset — someone who blends backend engineering with data/AI thinking and is comfortable using LLMs as a core part of how they ship products.
