Job summary

Linde Material Handling seeks a qualified AI/ML engineer to design, implement and deploy data analytics and generative AI solutions for intralogistics. You will work across data science, data engineering and IT to deliver scalable ML applications in the cloud.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, strong Python and cloud skills (Azure/GCP), and familiarity with MLOps, Kubernetes and RAG approaches. Hybrid work in Barcelona is offered.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics or a comparable education.
• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML
• Ability to design, implement and maintain AI-driven applications on cloud (Azure and GCP) with cost monitoring and optimization
• Experience with MLOps frameworks and Kubernetes
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and production observability

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy innovative data analytics, ML and generative AI solutions for internal and external customers
• Apply ML and generative AI models for end-to-end solution building
• Build MLOps on cloud (Azure and GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• AI model review, containerization, deployment, versioning and monitoring
• AI model validation, test automation and integration
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, business units and IT teams
