A leading energy solutions company in Madrid is seeking a professional to join its Generative AI Competence Center. You will design, test, and implement Gen AI solutions to improve efficiency across the energy value chain. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or ML, extensive experience in AI and Python, and be comfortable working in ambiguous conditions. This is a full-time position with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

Formación

• 23 years of experience in AI or software engineering.
• Hands-on with Gen AI (LLM APIs integration and frameworks).
• Experience in the energy sector or familiarity with MLOps.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and experiment with Gen AI solutions.
• Lead end-to-end pilots from ideation to handover.
• Document learnings and patterns to enhance knowledge.

Be part of Axpos Generative AI Competence Center. Prototype and pilot Gen AI solutions that help people work smarter and shape the future of energy in a collaborative fast-moving environment.

What you will do :

• Design build and experiment with Gen AI solutions for real business needs across the energy value chain
• Lead end-to-end pilots : from ideation and rapid prototyping to testing iteration and handover
• Collaborate with product owners domain experts and engineers to identify and deliver impactful use cases
• Work autonomously in uncharted areas proposing creative approaches and clear next steps
• Document learnings and patterns to grow our shared knowledge base
• Track the Gen AI ecosystem and help define best practices architecture and tooling

What you bring & who you are :

• Must-have : Degree in Computer Science / ML or equivalent practical experience
• Must-have : 23 years in AI or software engineering with strong Python skills
• Must-have : Hands-on with Gen AI (LLM APIs integration frameworks vector DBs RAG LLMOps)
• Must-have : Experience integrating AI components into products or platforms; familiarity with Azure or similar cloud
• Nice-to-have : Experience in the energy sector prompt engineering evaluation frameworks or MLOps
• Nice-to-have : Machine Learning expertise
