Kyndryl busca ingeniero de software para liderar la definición de arquitectura de IA aplicada a operaciones críticas (AIOps) y diseñar pipelines de datos para simulaciones. Se esperan habilidades en microservicios, contenedores y gestión de incidentes con enfoque en impacto de negocio.

La posición ofrece un entorno híbrido y oportunidades de aprendizaje continuo con herramientas de ITSM, Dynatrace, ELK y Ansible. Se valorará certificaciones en plataformas en la nube y experiencia en DevOps.

Formación

• Experiencia trabajando como ingeniero de software en proyectos complejos.
• Experiencia en Java, Python o .Net con depuración y resolución de problemas.
• Conocimiento de arquitectura de microservicios, contenedores y colas de mensajes.

Responsabilidades

• Definir la arquitectura de IA aplicada a operaciones críticas (AIOps).
• Diseñar pipelines de datos para análisis de impacto y simulaciones “what-if”
• Definir reglas de recuperación, gobernanza y trazabilidad de acciones.

Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.The Roleo Definición de arquitectura de IA aplicada a operaciones críticas (AIOps):§ Diseño del modelo de dependencias servicio–infraestructura (grafos/redes de Petri).§ Definición de pipelines de datos para análisis de impacto y simulaciones “what-if”.o Diseño de agentes inteligentes con RAG:§ Selección de fuentes (tickets, métricas, logs, CMDB).§ Definición de reglas de recuperación y citación de evidencias.o Gobernanza y seguridad:§ Establecer guardrails, listas blancas de comandos y trazabilidad de acciones.§ Definir políticas de auditoría y control humano en automatismos.o Integración estratégica:§ Diseño de integración con ITSM/BMC, Dynatrace, ELK y Ansible.§ Traducción de fallos técnicos a impacto de negocio (chat ejecutivo).Who You AreRequired skills and experienceExperience working as a software engineer on complex software projectsExcellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, Python, .Net, etc.) with debugging and problem-solving skillsSoftware development methodologies, with demonstrated experience developing scalable and robust softwareExperienced in relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, REST-based web servicesKnowledge of architecture design - Microservices architecture, containers (Docker & k8s), messaging queuesDeep understanding of OOP and design patternsPreferred skills and experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceCertification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP) - otherwise, you can obtain certifications with KyndrylExperience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practicesBeing YouThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
