Kyndryl busca un ingeniero de software senior para diseñar arquitectura de IA en operaciones críticas, crear pipelines de datos y agentes inteligentes con RAG, y establecer gobernanza y seguridad en automatismos.

Se valora experiencia en Java/Python/.NET, bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL, microservicios y contenedores Docker/k8s, OOP y patrones de diseño; además certificaciones en Azure/AWS/GCP y prácticas DevOps.

Formación

• Experiencia como ingeniero de software en proyectos complejos.
• Habilidades de codificación excelentes (Java, Python, .Net) y capacidad de depuración.
• Metodologías de desarrollo de software y capacidad de crear software escalable y robusto.
• Conocimiento de bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL, mapeo de datos, XML/JSON y REST.
• Conocimiento de diseño de arquitectura - Microservicios, contenedores (Docker/k8s) y colas de mensajes.
• Comprensión profunda de OOP y patrones de diseño.

Responsabilidades

• Definición de arquitectura de IA aplicada a operaciones críticas (AIOps).
• Diseño de pipelines de datos para análisis de impacto y simulaciones “what-if”.
• Diseño de agentes inteligentes con RAG y gestión de fuentes de datos.
• Gobernanza, seguridad y trazabilidad de acciones en automatismos.
• Integración con ITSM/BMC, Dynatrace, ELK y Ansible, y traducción de fallos a impacto de negocio.

The Role

• Definición de arquitectura de IA aplicada a operaciones críticas (AIOps):
  • Diseño del modelo de dependencias servicio-infraestructura (grafos/redes de Petri).
  • Definición de pipelines de datos para análisis de impacto y simulaciones "what-if".
• Diseño de agentes inteligentes con RAG:
  • Selección de fuentes (tickets, métricas, logs, CMDB).
  • Definición de reglas de recuperación y citación de evidencias.
• Gobernanza y seguridad:
  • Establecer guardrails, listas blancas de comandos y trazabilidad de acciones.
  • Definir políticas de auditoría y control humano en automatismos.
• Integración estratégica:
  • Diseño de integración con ITSM/BMC, Dynatrace, ELK y Ansible.
  • Traducción de fallos técnicos a impacto de negocio (chat ejecutivo).

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Experience working as a software engineer on complex software projects
• Excellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, Python, .Net, etc.) with debugging and problem-solving skills
• Software development methodologies, with demonstrated experience developing scalable and robust software
• Experienced in relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, REST-based web services
• Knowledge of architecture design - Microservices architecture, containers (Docker & k8s), messaging queues
• Deep understanding of OOP and design patterns

Preferred skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Certification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP) - otherwise, you can obtain certifications with Kyndryl
• Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices
