Kyndryl is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant to support deployment and hardening of enterprise IAM across hybrid environments. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enhance authentication, authorization, and posture management.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity with IAM focus, and knowledge of modern auth protocols and PAM platforms. Spanish and English fluency is expected, with a strong emphasis on secure, scalable identity

Formación

• 5+ years in Cybersecurity Services, focused on IAM.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Certifications SC-300, SC-100, AZ-500 are highly desirable.
• Experience with PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, Entra ID PIM).

Responsabilidades

• Engineering and Deployment: support deployment and configuration of enterprise IAM architectures (Entra ID, Hybrid Active Directory, PAM integration).
• Secure App Onboarding: drive application integration with SSO and provisioning services, validate API permissions and prevent credential/access drift.
• Vulnerability Mitigation: analyze, implement, and run detection mechanisms or playbooks to remediate risks and legacy protocols.
• Operational Troubleshooting: identify, isolate, and resolve access issues across cloud identity providers and directory replication boundaries.
• Collaboration & Governance: implement strict controls around trust boundaries, cloud tenant configurations, and privileged accounts.
