Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid is seeking an AI Solutions & Innovation Intern to support the development, testing, and optimization of enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and n8n. You will help promote knowledge sharing, drive innovation, and assist teams in adopting new AI capabilities across the organization.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English; German is a plus but not required.

Join our team and help shape the future of AI-powered solutions at Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid!

As an AI Solutions & Innovation Intern, you will support the development, testing, and optimization of enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, n8n, and other cutting-edge technologies. You will also play an important role in promoting knowledge sharing, driving innovation, and helping teams adopt new AI capabilities across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development, testing, and optimization of AI-driven solutions and internal digital products.
• Work with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, n8n, and other emerging AI technologies.
• Experiment with new features, provide feedback, and contribute to the evolution of our digital ecosystem.
• Assist in integrating AI capabilities into business processes and workflows.
• Create reusable documentation, guides, and best practices to help teams adopt new tools.
• Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile and iterative environments.
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken. German is a plus but not required.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of software development principles and programming fundamentals.
• Programming knowledge in at least one language, preferably Python.
• Initial experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, JSON).
• Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Interest in DevOps, data processing, and AI model integration.
• Basic understanding of AI agents, tool usage, and agentic workflows.
• Interest in AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.

Other Competencies

• Experience gained through academic projects, personal initiatives, or internships.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based and agile environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document, test, and communicate technical results clearly.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for learning, innovation, and empowering others through technology.
