ERNI Spain in Barcelona is seeking a skilled AI enablement specialist to help technical teams embrace Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will run demos, workshops and coaching sessions focusing on AWS Bedrock, Python, Terraform and CI/CD to empower developers.

The role blends hands-on technical work with mentoring, ongoing learning and team support in a hybrid 40-hour week. ERNI offers training, career development plans and a collaborative environment where you are more than a number.

Formación

Solid technical experience with AWS services and Python.
Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI and related foundations.
Experience with Terraform and CI/CD practices and the Software Development Lifecycle.
Strong communication and mentoring skills for technical audiences.
Experience delivering training, workshops, demos or coaching sessions.

Responsabilidades

Deliver technical demos, workshops and coaching sessions focused on AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI.
Coach and support technology teams through AI reskilling and knowledge-sharing activities.
Follow up with groups of learners and guide progression toward autonomous development.
