ERNI is seeking a skilled AI enablement professional to help technical teams embrace Generative and Agentic AI. You will apply AWS, Python and Terraform to deliver demos, workshops and coaching, guiding teams toward autonomous AI development.

The role offers hybrid work with office days and strong support from mentors and a godparent system. You will contribute to upskilling efforts, run training sessions, and provide ongoing guidance as teams adopt best practices for AI agents, CI/CD processes,

Formación

• Solid AWS experience including Bedrock and Python proficiency.
• Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI and the tech foundations for AI agents.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical demos, workshops and coaching sessions.
• Support tech teams through AI reskilling journeys.
• Collaborate with experts to enforce company standards and best practices.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and on-demand technical Q&A.
