Job summary

Maisa is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Client Services team. You will own engagements from discovery through solution design and handoff to AI Automation Engineers.

You will deeply understand client automation use cases, architect the Digital Worker solution, and produce precise specifications for build. You will lead discovery sessions, design TO-BE processes, define KPIs, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy across solutions architecture, BPM/process consulting, or technical delivery.
• Proven track record with enterprise clients on process transformation or technology implementations.
• Ability to run discovery sessions and whiteboard solution approaches on the spot.
• Strong process-mapping skills and AS-IS/TO-BE methodologies.
• Hands-on experience applying AI in practical business contexts beyond basic prompts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery sessions with client stakeholders, mapping end-to-end workflows.
• Design TO-BE processes incorporating Digital Workers and automation value.
• Define scope, KPIs, and success criteria with client and delivery teams.
• Create clear technical specifications including flows, logic, integration points, and data mappings.
• Handoff designs to AI Automation Engineers with clear documentation and no ambiguities.
• Support during build and participate in UAT to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage client relationships and translate between business and tech audiences.
• Scope and estimate work under time pressure and evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed field insights into roadmaps.
