McKinsey & Company is inviting applications for the two-year Operations Excellence Program (OEP) in Europe. You will work on client engagements, identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing analyses, and synthesizing recommendations.

You will develop leading-edge operations and consultancy skills through on-the-job coaching and structured capability-building, with exposure across manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service operations, and supply chain disciplines.

Formación

• Master’s degree with strong academic performance.
• Experience or strong interest in AI-powered service innovation.
• Proven leadership experience in work or extracurriculars.
• Willingness to relocate/mobility for European assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Work on client engagements solving problems from hypotheses to recommendations.
• Develop and implement AI-enabled service delivery strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams within European assignments.
