SIX Group Services Ltd. is building a team to shape AI-driven software engineering at scale. You will own test automation platforms, agentic AI harnesses, and independent review layers to ensure quality as AI writes and ships code.

The role emphasizes developing reusable tooling, governance in regulated contexts, and driving adoption across SIX’s units while maintaining speed and reliability in release cycles.

Formación

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on test automation experience.
• Experience building tooling or developer infrastructure adopted by teams.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures and harness design.
• Knowledge of test pyramids, coverage strategy, mutation testing, flaky-test remediation.
• Regulated/high-assurance environment experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build test automation as a platform capability across units and stages.
• Develop and operate the AI agent harness with CI/CD integration and traceability.
• Own the independent review layer for AI-generated code and tests.
• Define and evolve the test strategy for an AI-driven SDLC.
• Treat test automation and guardrails as a product to drive adoption and speed.
