Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an AI-Driven Salesforce Engineer to join its engineering team in Madrid. You will evolve scalable, business-critical Salesforce solutions, integrating AI-powered development tools and driving automation across multiple markets.

The role combines strong Apex expertise with modern engineering practices, working autonomously to deliver reliable deployments and collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams. Experience with AI tools is highly valued.

Formación

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex and Salesforce best practices.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security model, and data modelling.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience working with Git, code reviews, and structured deployment processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex.
• Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems through APIs.
• Work across multiple Salesforce environments, supporting reliable deployments and continuous platform evolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code quality, technical improvements, and platform best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation workflows to improve development productivity and solution delivery.
